Hello, all of you wonderful people! :) This note is to let you all know that Terk and I will be taking a much needed vacation starting tomorrow! We will not be available from December 23rd through January 2nd. We will be back on January 3rd to attend to any problems that may have come up during our absence.
If you should have a problem come up during our vacation time, please send Terk Sak AND Annie Melson an IM AND notecard inworld detailing the problem, or simply email Terk. Hopefully this way we will then get all of the messages when we come back, and we will attend to them in the order we received them. If we don't get back to you by January 6th we probably did not receive your message, so please resend it and we will take care of it as soon as possible.
We truly do value each and every one of you and we want to make sure you are happy! So please have patience with us - we WILL get back to you as long as we got the message.
Thank you all for a wonderful year! All of you have made the success of *Just BECAUSE* happen, and we truly thank and appreciate all of you! :) We wish all of you a wonderful holiday season full of love and happiness! Take care, and we will see you when we get back on the 3rd of January! :)
